Feeding system

The feeding system is composed of winch, feeding frame, hopper and feeding hopper. When feeding, the mixture to be stirred is loaded into the hopper, the winch brake motor of the feeding system is started, the drum is driven by the reducer, and the steel wire rope is pulled by the pulley, and the hopper climbs up along the track of the loading rack. When it climbs to a certain height, a pair of rollers on the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper will enter the feeding rack and enter the horizontal bifurcation. The bucket door will automatically open and the materials will be discharged into the mixing drum through the hopper Inside.

Mixing system

Js750 mixing system is composed of mixing drum mixing device, motor, pulley, reducer, open gear and oil supply device. The main motor is connected to the secondary gear reducer through a belt, and finally drives two horizontally assembled mixing shafts to rotate at the same speed through two pairs of open gears.

Unloading system

The discharging system is located at the bottom of the mixer and is discharged by manual push rod. According to customer requirements, we can produce electric pusher discharge mixer. The connection between discharge door and mixing drum is sealed with sealing plate. The position of sealing plate can be adjusted to ensure the purpose of sealing.
